Format Tag: Add html strip functionality.

Could simply run tag content through wp_strip_all_tags function.
Useful for cases where field content containing HTML tags needs to be stripped, like @craig's use-case on the forum: discourse.tangible.one/t/is-there-any-way-to-remove-html-tags-from-a-field-when-outputting
